Plates that he enjoys garnishing with the fruits of his pickings, fir twigs serving his espuma, ceps and other chanterelles.
Served with simplicity and conviviality, they are accompanied by the finest vintages thanks to the expertise of Jennifer, a sommelier who graduated from the Thuir school of Franck Thomas (best sommelier in Europe) and can be enjoyed in the elegant, beautifully renovated restaurant dining room or on the large terrace in season.
